Accessibility

Built for
more shoppers.

Grocery Routes is built to be usable by as many people as possible, including shoppers who use iOS accessibility features.

Our goal

Grocery Routes should be readable, predictable, and usable with native iOS accessibility settings. We use system patterns where possible and review accessibility as part of release testing.

What we check

For each release, we aim to check the core shopping flow for:

  • Readable text and clear contrast.
  • VoiceOver-friendly labels on core controls.
  • Support for larger text where the interface can reasonably adapt.
  • Reduced-motion friendly interactions where animation is not essential.
  • Clear error, empty, and loading states.

Known limitations

Grocery Routes is actively improving. Some advanced comparison views and dense price tables may still need refinement for very large text sizes or screen reader navigation.
