Delete data on your device

Grocery lists, saved app state, and most Grocery Routes activity are stored locally on your device. To delete local Grocery Routes data, delete the app from your device.

Request deletion of server-side records

We may store limited anonymous records needed for app functionality, including notification preferences, push token status, anonymous profile identifiers, region requests, support/debug records, and Founder entitlement status.

To request deletion of server-side records associated with your anonymous app profile, email groceryroutes@gmail.com.

If available, include your in-app support ID or a screenshot of your Settings screen. Because Grocery Routes does not use names, emails, or login accounts, this helps us locate the correct anonymous profile.

Purchases and subscriptions

App Store purchases, subscription billing, receipts, refunds, and subscription cancellation are managed by Apple. Grocery Routes cannot delete Apple purchase history. You can manage subscriptions from your Apple ID settings.

What deletion may not remove

Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, App Store purchase verification, or backup integrity. We keep any retained records as limited as practical.

Response time

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
