Short version: We collect as little as possible. We do not sell your data. Grocery lists stay on your device. We use anonymous app records only where needed for app functionality, notifications, support, and Founder purchase status.
What we collect
Grocery Routes may collect or store limited anonymous technical data, including ZIP code or requested region, selected store coverage, anonymous profile identifiers, installation identifiers, notification preferences, push notification token status, app diagnostics, and anonymous analytics.
For Grocery Routes Founder, purchase status is managed by Apple and RevenueCat. We may store anonymous entitlement status, such as whether a Founder subscription is active and whether the Early Founder badge has been earned.
What we don't collect
We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, grocery purchase receipts, or payment card information. We do not require a user account or login. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We do not share your data with grocery stores, advertisers, or third parties for marketing. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. RevenueCat helps verify subscription and entitlement status.
Storage
Grocery lists, saved items, and most app activity live on your device. Deleting the app removes local app data from that device. Limited anonymous server-side records may remain when needed for notifications, entitlement status, region requests, support, fraud prevention, debugging, or legal compliance.
Your rights
You can delete local app data by deleting Grocery Routes from your device. To request deletion of anonymous server-side records associated with your app profile, email groceryroutes@gmail.com. If available, include your in-app support ID or a screenshot of your Settings screen so we can locate the correct anonymous profile. See Data Deletion for details.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll flag it in-app and on this page. Contact: groceryroutes@gmail.com.
